Dawn has been with our firm since August of 2022 in the Human Resources department to assist with all recruiting efforts and be the relief for all HR related tasks and projects including communications.  Her role has expanded to include Executive Assistant to Mat Hultquist, President.  Dawn has more than 20 years’ experience in the marketing, communications, and human resources industries and at present uses these skills to assist with internal communications, marketing projects to recruit top talent for the firm as well as for the firm’s brand image, internal strategy to communicate and inspire company values, and to assist with any endeavor that will make The Hultquist Firm and its clients successful.

Personal Tidbits:
Dawn is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren.  She enjoys live music, hiking with waterfall views, playing games with family and friends, a good book, and helping others by volunteering.
